Overwhelmed
A few minutes ago a miserable, ill-humoured postman asked for entrance, bringing a big parcel of which contents I am now the overwhelmded owner.
It all began by the end of November when I saw this beauty in Ravelry. I asked Jacqui if the pattern is available and she kindly offered to make a copy and send it to me. But for such a generous spirit as she seems to be that wasn't good enough: She sent me a questionnaire to know me better and find the perfect patterns. I was surprised and knew immediately that I would like to give her a treat for making such an effort.
And now I am more than delighted because she not only sent me some patterns (they are great! Including Janice!) but a Calendar (which might be work-related? I am curious to learn more, now), a lavendered body cream, some lovely soap and - believe it or not - all this yarn in a dark blueish-green! And if I am not completely wrong she made it herself - it is simply gorgeous and kind and generous and well, I am completely exhausted now. Because writing in English is hard enough, writing all this when I really only want to sit and gasp is even harder to do.
Dearest Jacqui, be sure that you made my day. I am going to spoil you, just give me a little bit of time, to make it perfect!
Danke, danke, danke :-)
And to all the others who are reading this entry now: please make sure to visit her - the link is on the left side!
